iNN Studio Nov 2025 Monthly Report

Hello everyone! I'm Tian! The busy month of November has passed, and I wish you all a smooth and successful new month~ Next, I'll be broadcasting iNN's November monthly report!

In this monthly report, you can see:

  • Katina TKL Prototype Progress
  • FLOAT 60% Prototype Progress
  • Veil 65%(CN) Pre-shipment Progress
  • Parabolica 60% Int GB & PEI Kit Pre-shipment Progress
  • Recent Updates

1.Katina TKL Prototype Progress:

The prototype of Katina TKL has been "COMPLETED," but we have identified a few unacceptable production issues and are currently negotiating with the factory for the next steps to resolve them. The RAW version was showcased at the ZFX Exhibition in Shanghai, and its internal assembly performance is satisfactory. The GB is expected to launch in mid-December.

On December 4th, due to issues with the post-processing of the SS on the Katina TKL prototype (freckles appear after PVD treatment.), as well as material grain patterns appearing on the anodized ALU bottom case—both of which do not meet the QC standards we specified when placing the order—we are currently in discussions with Hontoo to resolve these problems. However, they have been unable to provide a clear timeline for the specific details and rework. Meanwhile, we are finalizing packaging and auxiliary materials.

Here are some pics:
The top case has no issues.

2.FLOAT 60% Prototype Progress:

The prototype of FLOAT 60% arrived in Shanghai in time for the ZFX Exhibition and was displayed there. We have verified the structural feasibility and have now completed internal model iterations, adding compatibility with Venom and Rakka PCBs, and optimizing various shortcomings discovered during sampling. We are currently producing a new round of verification samples. Mass production will commence after the final verification, and we expect to have ready stock available after the Chinese New Year. At that time, we will conduct intensive testing with the mass-produced units to ensure consistency in output and build confidence in our new manufacturing partner.

3.Veil 65%(CN) Pre-shipment Progress:

Latest update on December 1st: The Veil 65% will complete the anodization process in about two weeks.

Currently, most auxiliary materials have arrived, with a small number still on order. The shipping date may be brought forward to around December 20th, with a shipping period of 1–2 weeks, slightly earlier than the agreed date of January 1, 2026, after the GB ends.

The final payment collection form and announcement will be released this weekend.

After the final payment form is published, we will no longer accept Pre-Order. The in-stock form will reopen only after the shipping and after-sales cycle concludes. If you are interested, please act quickly. Your order will ship alongside the GB orders, so you won’t have to wait longer.

Once shipping is complete, we will take stock of accessories. If there are leftover individual items, they will be listed in our shop for purchase as needed.

4.Parabolica 60% Int GB & PEI Kit Pre-shipment Progress:

Latest update on December 1st: All units for the Parabolica 60% international group buy have been manufactured. Once the accessories arrive in Shenzhen, packaging and shipping will begin.

The ForceBreak stickers will be listed in the accessories shop after the international group buy ships. If you can provide the exclusive query code from the Parabolica 60% group buy and purchase alongside items in the accessories shop, you can get them for free! If you are the customer of International Group-Buy, you will get it for free! (Deliver with kits)

5.Recent Updates:

Recently, we have received concerns from various sources regarding iNN’s project management. We will provide a detailed explanation here.

Question 1: With so many simultaneous projects—Katina TKL, Float 60, Parabolica International Group Buy, Veil 65, Cartridge 70—can management be handled effectively?

Simple's reponse: First, thank you for your concerns and care. iNN has been established for over a year now. We have gained valuable project management experience from two successful previous projects (Parabolica CN and Flo-AT). We have expanded from Sen single-handedly managing everything during the Parabolica era to a small team of 4–5 people and have transitioned from individual effort to team collaboration. This allows us to comfortably handle peak periods with multiple projects running in parallel.

Second, the current situation of many projects running concurrently, as you see, is actually not as difficult to manage as it may seem when elaborated:

  • For Katina TKL, we have completed all preliminary development work and are currently in the sampling phase. During this period, we only need to arrange testing and GB Pre-info.

  • Float 60% has already entered mass production ordering. After this step, we simply await production. All auxiliary materials have been developed and verified; we only need to place orders at appropriate times during the case production cycle, allowing for buffer time.

  • The Parabolica Int GB and Veil 65% are already in stable shipping and gradually completing verification. All auxiliary materials have been produced and sorted; we just need to wait for all items to ship before immediately heading to Hontoo in Shenzhen to start packing and shipping.

  • Cartridge 70% is designed by Simple with supply chain support but is actually operated and managed by Hydroxyl Lab. After Sen completes the design and provides drawings for sampling, we do not need to invest significant additional management or human resources.

Looking at it this way, everything is progressing steadily. Thanks to our project management and risk anticipation capabilities, we have reasonably avoided the manpower peaks caused by overlapping and intersecting projects, keeping the team in a stable operational state—neither idle nor overloaded.

Due to confidentiality needs, we cannot show our team’s internal management systems and task assignment, but you can infer the above from our monthly reports and the genuine feedback in our customer groups. If you have the opportunity to visit Fuzhou, we would be happy to provide a partial display and explanation.

Question 2:We heard that the prototype and GB for Katina TKL have been delayed. Will this affect the progress of other projects like Veil 65%, Cartridge 70%, Float 60%, etc.?

Simple's reponse: From a progress perspective:
Building on Question 1, it’s not hard to see that each product operates relatively independently within our internal workflow. Therefore, delays in one period of a single product due to unforeseen circumstances will not affect the steady progress of other projects. And we will focus on post-group buy production management, striving to avoid issues between customer orders and shipping to ensure delivery within the agreed timeframe (or even earlier).

From an output quality perspective:
The prototype issues with Katina TKL can be attributed to production quality problems and delays (e.g., PVD pitting, aluminum material grain patterns, anodizing color discrepancies) rather than processing errors or delays caused by our mismanagement.

The Katina TKL sample was ordered in early October. Based on Hontoo’s usual sample delivery period (20–25 days), we had ample time for verification, testing, and a complete offline exhibition showcase. However, as you have seen, the RAW sample was hastily delivered at noon on the 20th, and we only received the ALU casing and some PVD SS weight. And it was only yesterday (December 5th) that the delivery of the ALU case and some PVD SS weights was roughly completed, when a large number of machining issues were discovered.

Summary:
Regardless of fluctuations or quality issues in other projects, these essentially do not affect the products you are genuinely concerned about. Please rest assured and stay tuned to the latest updates we share in the customer groups. Should any of our products truly encounter problems, we will promptly communicate with everyone and seek satisfactory solutions. Currently, Veil 65% and the Parabolica international version are set to complete shipping this month, Float 60% has entered production, and all are progressing steadily along our internal plans. Only the sampling issues with Katina TKL have caused a group buy delay, and we will rapidly complete discussions with the factory to determine the Follow-up plan.
