Supplementary Report – January 26, 2026.
The period from late 2025 to mid-January 2026 was a very busy time, during which I was occupied with multiple projects and could not spare sufficient time to prepare the monthly reports promptly. I apologize for the delay.
It has been a while since my last update. Now, I would like to provide a proper report.
1. What progress have we made this month?
Late December 2025
We were intensively engaged in the shipping and delivery of the Veil 65% in Shenzhen. Throughout December, we were practically stationed at the factory to monitor production and assembly. This dedicated effort yielded rewarding results—we successfully delivered all domestic orders for the Veil 65 to our customers within the agreed timeframe.
Early January 2026
S!mple, on behalf of the team, traveled to Chengdu to participate in an offline meetup organized by ForteanLab. This event marked the first public exhibition of the complete version of the Katina TKL. We had the pleasure of meeting many local keyboard enthusiasts, as well as those who traveled from afar, along with fellow industry peers. The occasion facilitated in-depth discussions on keyboard design, exchanges on studio operation philosophies, and more. Additionally, as the grand finale of the event, we drew the winner for a classic edition Katina TKL free-order voucher. To our delightful surprise, the recipient was someone who had just entered the world of custom keyboards. We hope she will use this opportunity to deeply appreciate our painstakingly crafted work and embark on her journey into the realm of custom keyboard enthusiasm.
At the same time, during our extended stay in Shenzhen in December, we extensively visited nearby suppliers. Building on this foundation, we collaborated with several highly capable suppliers to develop a range of new techniques. These efforts began to bear fruit this month, with the specific details of these new processes to be fully revealed in upcoming announcements.
2. How is the progress on the publicly announced projects?
Katina TKL
After returning from Shenzhen in early 2026, we immediately began drafting the GB post. We invested significant effort into the content of the Katina TKL GB post, adopting a fully illustrated layout with specially designed elements. This approach aims to enhance the convenience of information access for users, streamline the overall presentation of the post, and build up technical resources for our independent website. Special recognition goes to our new team member, Ale, for his substantial contributions in this regard.
The GB for the Katina TKL officially launched on January 14. At the time of this monthly report, there is still nearly a week remaining before the cutoff date on February 5. Various review content and all anodized color samples will be released soon. Interested enthusiasts are encouraged to join before the window closes!
Additionally, as factories will be closed during the Spring Festival, we plan to keep the late-join option open until the end of February, even after the official group buy ends. We hope that those who receive red envelopes during the holiday won’t forget about us—we’ll always be here, ready to welcome you on board.

Float 60
Float 60 underwent a comprehensive and significant optimization this month. The updated Float 60 now features:
- Greatly enhanced strength for both the top cover and internal locking mechanism.
- Fully optimized light-guiding logic for the front lighting components.
- Addition of an ambient light strip designed around the large PC transparent window at the bottom.
- Compatibility upgrade 1: Supports most GH60-standard PCBs with JST connectors.
- Compatibility upgrade 2: In collaboration with Mr. Cha, we will release an upgrade DLC for the EC solution.
- Process upgrade 1: Using premium national-standard aluminum material combined with imported HIGH-END ABSOLUTELY cutting tools and coolant, we can now produce a fully mirror-polished case, which will be offered as an upgraded version.
- Process upgrade 2: In partnership with our micro-arc oxidation supplier, we have developed an ultra-fine, pure white micro-arc oxidation process to bring a touch of novelty. This technique forms a ceramic layer on the aluminum alloy surface through micro-arc oxidation, increasing its strength by several orders of magnitude—even surpassing the hardness of titanium alloy. Known as "nano-ceramic metal" in aerospace, military, and other high-tech fields, we have further refined its texture to achieve an ultra-smooth, skin-like feel. The color has also been pushed to a pure, cool white.
Currently, the first batch of Float 60 is already in accelerated production. Other key details are as follows:

Parabolica 60% (INT)
Parabolica R2 Int GB orders have been delivered to each distributor in early January. Approximately 25 remaining units will be stocked worldwide soon.
For R2, we produced a sufficient quantity of Forcebreak kits to gift to our CN R1 customers. When making a purchase in our shop, please remember to leave a note—we will include it with your order.
3. What's NEW?
Katina TKL(INT)
Sales will launch internationally in February. CN & INT's GB will be combined for production (which will not affect the agreed delivery timeline), so CN customers need not worry.
However, if interested, you can check out review videos from major KOL on overseas (Such as Youtube) platforms when they are released.
Veil 65 R2
Launching within March-April, there will be no fundamental changes—only color variations, optimizations to certain case details, and improvements to the bottom diffused lighting on the PCB.
The group buy will primarily be opened for international users. In China, we will publish a GB post referring to it as R2. Those interested in joining or purchasing additional accessories for their existing Veil 65 can keep an eye out. We will strive to keep CN pricing consistent with the previous GB prices.
Flo-AT R2
Colors will be adjusted, some case structural optimizations will be made, and the PCB & top cover SKUs will add a left-hand pad option.
This group buy is primarily intended for international customers. At that time, only a group buy post will be published, with minimal dedicated promotion in CN.
We will strive to keep the CN GB pricing consistent with the previous group buy rates. For those who missed the R1 and remaining stock before—this is your chance.
Deco 75DH
We will launch an IC (Interest Check) after the Katina TKL group buy closes.
The Deco series essentially represents our vision for a new desktop layout—as its name Desk Console/Core suggests, we integrate scattered desktop modules into the keyboard, making the keyboard the true centerpiece and control hub of the entire desktop setup, while also retaining its decorative (Decoration) quality.
This 75% layout kit is collaboratively developed by S!mple and Galo, a designer from Promotype , based on their new series product, the RB. The overall design draws inspiration from Sony’s CMT-RB series products from the early 2000s, blending retro aesthetics with modern sensibilities, combining sharp lines with a sense of warmth. S!mple has reimagined the 75% layout proportions, significantly improving the overall balance and form factor compared to standard 75% keyboards. The design also introduces an innovative strip-style gasket system using a silicone + Poron foam hybrid structure, effectively solving common issues such as adhesive residue during Poron gasket removal and long-term compression deformation of Poron.
The “DH” in the model name represents the functional modules integrated into this design:
D – DAC (supported by a well-known industry partner)
H – USB Hub (full-speed USB3.1)
For more details about this product and our explorations in its development, please stay tuned for the official IC release—all will be revealed then.
Veil X Deluxe - CNY Limited
A new layout product designed based on the Veil series blueprint—the specific layout remains undisclosed for now.
This product is quite unique, and we currently do not plan to release any classic editions. It will only be available as a Deluxe Edition (DE) – CNY (Chinese New Year).
This edition utilizes iNN’s latest exploration in full-color metal relief craftsmanship, created as a special luxury version to celebrate the 2026 Chinese Year of the Horse.
The CNY DE will be sold in a ready-to-ship format, with two color options limited to 150 sets each.
Launch timing: June 2026
Below are our process tests using the Veil 65 as a reference.

Veil Switch
After proposing the Veil series, S!mple immediately realized that the concept of "veil" shouldn't be confined solely to the visual presentation of a keyboard product. Beyond appearance and texture, a veil should engage more dimensions—touch and sound. This series was born from that insight.
We are still intensively refining and exploring adjustments for this switch, but the exterior design, overall direction, and packaging concept are already finalized. While we cannot reveal the appearance just yet, it's safe to say that no one in the industry has attempted anything like it so far. Precise details will only be disclosed when we launch the formal Interest Check (IC). However, we have created several concept images to help everyone grasp the essence of this switch:

Thank you for your reading! See you next time!
