1. Our Website is Live!

After relentless efforts from our workaholic Simple, our website has finally launched!  The site is still under construction and refinement, but most parts are already available. We'll gradually add more information.

From now on, all monthly reports and production progress updates will be published on this site (like you seeing this post).

If you have any suggestions for improvement, feel free to share them on this page or in our group.

2. Katina TKL Modifications and Progress:

Jump to the Landing Page

You can already see the infos after Chinese IC on Katina TKL's landing page. We will continue to update content over the next two days, including color renderings and other visualizations.

Below are the results regarding China IC and why we made these changes.

2.1 Post-IC Changes & Plans

We received 155+ valid responses in the Katina TKL Interest Check (IC) form in China. First and foremost, we thank everyone for your valuable suggestions, constructive feedback, and the love and attention you've shown for the Katina TKL. In the following sections, we will address the main topics of discussion, announce the final decisions, and detail the adjustments made.

2.2.1 Design Change ① - Additional Second Nameplate Option

In the previous IC, we observed that player opinions on the Katina TKL's front nameplate were sharply divided. We immediately discussed this design element with designer XIONG and decided to offer a second nameplate option, allowing players to choose according to their preferences. The new nameplate can be freely swapped with the original one and does not conflict with the light tube module.

Refocusing on the Katina TKL itself, we found the answer in its side profile. The flowing curves, complemented by precisely executed lines, all tightly revolve around the theme of elegance and simplicity. We attempted to create visual harmony between the nameplate and the side waistline, aiming to strengthen the overall visual unity of the keyboard. Simultaneously, we explored possibilities for new lighting methods, further enhancing the kit's customizability and playfulness.

2.2.2 Design Change ② - Removal of Guilloche/CD-Patterned Weight Option

In the IC form, we found that player demand for the Guilloche/CD-patterned external weight was not high, considering factors like pricing, design coherence, and complexity. After careful consideration, we decided to abandon this option to further streamline the SKU list.

2.3 Color Voting Results

We presented seven different preliminary colors in the form, with the top four voted colors moving forward to final production. It was reassuring to see that the votes for each color were extremely close, indicating that all the prepared options were highly viable. If your favorite color wasn't selected, please don't be discouraged; these colors will be added to our color library and will eventually appear in future projects.

The complete list of production color options is as follows:

  • Deluxe Edition - Floral
  • Deluxe Edition - Shadow
  • Anodized Silver
  • Anodized Light Teal
  • Anodized Spinel Purple
  • Coated Quartz Pink
  • Anodized Iris Blue
  • Anodized Ice Mauve
  • Anodized Wind Blue
  • Anodized Earth Green

2.4 New Bottom Case Options

Firstly, we inquired about your preferences for PC bottom case colors. Noting that the Ice Blue PC, which was well-received during the Veil 65% IC, remained highly popular, we decided to include it as a final option.

Concurrently, the Smoky Black PC bottom case option provided during the IC will be replaced by the more popular Amber PC bottom case. Ultimately, the Katina TKL will offer three PC bottom case colors: Natrual, Ice Blue, and Amber.

2.5 Sales Model Change

At the end of the Katina TKL IC survey, we asked for your preference regarding the sales model, and a majority favored an "Unlimited Group Buy."

Therefore, we have decided to change the Katina TKL sales model from "Limited / Raffle Sale" to an "Unlimited Group Buy". Furthermore, the Katina TKL will be available as a Global Group Buy.

2.6 Katina TKL Sampling Progress Report

We have prepared four prototype units, which are currently being manufactured. You will be able to experience the Katina TKL in person at the Shanghai ZFX exhibition in November. 3. Parabolica 60 Global Run Production Progress

The anode has been in operation for some time now. some common colors have finished and I will fly to Shenzhen in the next few days to check the community colors.

Please wait for the official update for the details - will post on the Updates channel with another tag 'Parablica 60'. Keep an eye on our Discord channel notifications.

4. FLOAT 60% Progress

In October, we collaborated with the manufacturer to complete numerous detail adjustments and initial sampling for the FLOAT 60%, and finalized the colors.

Due to machining constraints, the lower edge's R-angle will be changed to a C-angle. All other aspects remain unchanged.

After careful consideration, we've decided to cancel the planned stainless steel limited edition of the FLOAT 60% due to significant manufacturing challenges, high costs, and its misalignment with the keyboard's focus on lightweight design and accessibility.

Other details will be fully explained in the GB post scheduled for early November.

5. Cartridge 70% Progress

The Cartridge is a fully original 70% layout design featuring a convertible left/right pad/function area with numerous interchangeable elements.

Throughout October, we refined the Cartridge 70%. We're currently working closely with the manufacturer on detailed adjustments and aim to present it at ZFX in November.

6. ZFX Exhibition

On November 22-23, we'll meet everyone at the ZFX exhibition in Shanghai at the Huanan Hongtu joint booth. We plan to showcase: Katina TKL, FLOAT 60%, Cartridge 70%, and Veil 65%.

We'll also have small gifts available - remember to come and visit!

7. Veil 65% CN Run Production Progress

This message is for Chinese custumers, Veil 65's GB has been planned to open on 1st Feb 2026, the corresponding landing page has been created: click here to jump to the page

On October 31st, we finalized the color standards for the Veil 65%. Aluminum CNC machining is complete, and we're now awaiting anodizing.

This month, we've also been procuring accessories for the Veil 65% and have started packaging preparations for shipping.

Other minor accessories have been communicated to the manufacturer and are ready for procurement. The shipping timeline remains unchanged for late December.

8. Other Miscellaneous Items:

In mid-October, we held an extensive meeting where we established work standards and conducted reviews, including:

  1. Optimizing the group buy process, standardizing procedures, and minimizing time costs: establishing a process framework with project initiation as Day 0, using +X weeks as milestones for each node. This reduces the possibility of sub-project delays and omissions while improving overall system efficiency.
  2. Self-assessment of issues: significant gaps in overseas market operations, exploration of the women's market, and continued development in switch and peripheral markets.
  3. Setting overall goals for 2026
We plan around 4 new boards launch in next year, further details will be revealed in subsequent reports.
